WASHINGTON, DC — The Trump administration has installed a new line of portraits depicting every American president on the West Wing Colonnade at the White House, dubbed the “Presidential Walk of Fame.” In place of the official portrait of Joe Biden, a framed image depicts an automatic pen signing the former president’s name.

The image references the use of an autopen to sign Biden’s name on numerous documents during his administration, including executive orders and clemency documents signed at the end of his term. The Trump administration believes that the autopen was used to cover up Biden’s cognitive decline during his presidency. Biden maintained in several interviews that he authorized all uses of the device.
